Doing what you can to be healthy and active is a choice, but it isn't always easy to mix things up. I started focusing on completely changing my after work lifestyle habits a few months ago, and it was really cool to see how many choices there were out there. I really clung to this idea that participating in recreation could be fun, so I started centering my focus on outdoors activities.
